Staff News
Rebecca "Becki" Hohler has been promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Becky's new responsibilities include all aspects of our housekeeping department along with additional front desk tasks. "We pride ourselves on our quality of excellence. Having been rated as the top Best Western property in Ohio for since we opened in 2001, I plan to keep it that way,"states Becky."I have an amazing group of housekeepers which are as fanatic about cleanliness as I am – we make a great team." Please congratulate Becki when you see her.

Terry Facemeyer – Maintenance
Terry recently joined us as head of our maintenance department. "We learned the first day how qualified he was as he handled every task easily." States Nancy Zaroogian – Hotel Manager. Terry brings along with him a wide background in electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, carpentry, preventative maintenance, to name a few. He is well liked by everyone and a wonderful asset to our company. Welcome Terry.
